Further, the Company reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason it determines appropriate.
Pricing:
The actual prices at which products are offered for sale on this Site are determined by the Company, in its sole discretion. In those circumstances where a "Suggested Retail Price" is indicated, the suggested price will have been determined on the basis of information provided by that product's supplier.
Payment:

Order Cancellation:

Shipping:

All shipping and handling charges outside the continental United States will be researched for the most competitive shipping services. All shipping and handling charges outside the continental 48 United States will be calculated manually and added to your credit card accordingly. You will be notified via e-mail of such charges prior to shipment, for your approval. Shipments will be insured, and any damages occurring during shipment of merchandise to a customer will be the responsibility of the carrier.
Warranties:
The Company's only express warranty with respect to merchandise offered is that such merchandise is as represented, and all other warranties are expressly denied.
Returns:
Customers will be entitled to return merchandise that is not as represented, but not otherwise. In no event will the Company be obligated to accept the return of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
The Company will refund the purchase price of merchandise only in those circumstances where the product in question has been returned to the Company in the condition originally shipped, or under other circumstances that it determines, in its sole discretion, warrant such a refund.
